10 Most Devastating Wrestling Submission Holds Ever
4. Muta Lock
Used by the likes of Melina and Emma in WWE, and many more around the world, the Inverted Indian Deathlock Facelock is better known as that painful submission hold invented by the Great Muta. To do this move, the user crosses their opponents legs by bending them at the knees, with one ankle in the other knee pit. Then, the user places one of their feet into the triangular space between their victims legs, and then bridges backwards, locking their arms around the victims head. This in turn puts pressure the head, legs and spine. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jee-ODWGvVI Though not seen by many people in WWE, it has certainly brought victory for many of its users around the world. When she was being pushed, Emma would win with the hold; as did Melina when she used it under the name California Dream, and of course Muta used it to great effect throughout his career.
