7. Rusev
Rusev has suffered two notable injuries during the 2015 calendar year. The first was a fractured foot, which prevented him from wrestling in the Intercontinental Championship Elimination Chamber match at the eponymous event. This was an example of very poor timing, as Rusev was in dire need of some positive momentum after his high-profile losses to John Cena. But instead of being the favorite to win the IC title, Rusev started walking around on crutches and acting like a broken man after Lana had dumped him. In doing so, he began to look weak and vulnerable, which was the polar opposite of what the Bulgarian Brute was supposed to be presented as in the first place. The second injury occurred a few weeks ago and was a bicep tendon rupture, which put him out for three to four weeks. Again, this injury came about as Rusev was trying desperately to find a new creative direction and gain some positive momentum leading to Survivor Series. Being injured twice in a year may not bode well for him, and as we have seen with other wrestlers before him, WWE might become hesitant about featuring him in high-profile rivalries if he gets hurt too easily.
