6. Jack Swagger - Driving Under The Influence And Possession Of Marijuana
A year and a half ago, Jack Swagger wasn't waving "Old Glory" while wrestling Rusev, but he was almost waving a white flag of surrender of his WWE career for being caught operating his car under the influence of marijuana in February, 2013. While using marijuana itself isn't embarrassing, the idea that at that point his pot-smoking was gaining him more renown than his run as World Heavyweight Champion was telling. However, to see Swagger playing a key role on WWE's mid-card only 18 months later is impressive and again proof of yet another WWE superstar redeeming themselves after an unfortunate run-in with the law.
