It’s hard to argue Titus O’Neill’s most well-known moments in pro wrestling were accidental. Of course, there was Titus ‘World-Slide’, when he tripped and slid on the way to the ring in the 50-man Royal Rumble in Saudi Arabia. And then there was the time in 2016 after Daniel Bryan’s retirement celebration on Raw where Titus playfully grabbed Vince McMahon on the entrance stage, which caught The Chairman off guard.

Vince nearly fell down in front of fans and his employees, and was embarrassed and raging. Consequently the following day Titus was suspended for 60 days for unprofessional conduct, missing out on a WrestleMania appearance and pay bonus that year.

Jim Ross reported Titus was fined in the region of $5000 for the incident, commenting "One has to wonder if this punishment was also utilized to the attention of the entire roster especially if some talents were thought to be becoming too lax in their approach to their job."

All has been forgiven since then, with Titus being honoured with the Warrior Award for his charitable work outside of the ring at the 2021 WWE Hall of Fame ceremony. On the red carpet for the event Titus and Vince even hilariously recreated the arm grabbing moment.
