10 Most Improved Wrestlers Of 2018

1. Ronda Rousey

Given that Ronda Rousey walked into 2018 with literally no wrestling experience and will walk out among WWE's most important performers, there can be no other choice for the top spot.

'The Baddest Woman On The Planet' made a rough start. An underwhelming Royal Rumble debut presented her as a smiling, sign-pointing goober. Subsequent segments were plagued with bad acting, and after a few months, many were wondering if WWE's big signing would flop as hard as she did in her UFC career's dying days.

And then she delivered the greatest debut match in WWE history.

And then, in just her fifth professional bout, she somehow dragged the dire Nia Jax to a great clash at Money In The Bank.

And then she felt like Steve Austin's second coming in an awesome Extreme Rules build segment, brutalising Alexa Bliss, Kurt Angle, and a security mob.

And then the Charlotte Flair match happened, and... well, wow.

We won't pretend that there aren't still gaps in Ronda's skillset (those over-the-top facial expressions, for one), but for her to be as good as she is today after arriving with nothing is remarkable. 'The Baddest Woman On The Planet,' indeed.
