Dean Ambrose took out Roman Reigns with an elbow off the top rope just prior to this gif, which is why he was going for a pinfall. Dean rolled away after the kickout, only to suffer a sudden impact from a splashing Seth Rollins.
Kudos to the cameramen on this one for keeping Seth out of the field of vision for the home audience. This truly warranted the "Outta Nowhere" tag.
