10 Most Insane Wrestling Spots Of The Week (July 30)

Tony Nese counting all 8 of his abs at the top of the entrance ramp before this 205 Live main event tag match doesn't really count as a highlight, but it is an impressive sidenote leading into the actual spot being featured. The highlight that does count is this aerial assault by Rich Swann & Cedric Alexander. Rich went for the Phoenix Splash off the corner while Cedric gave a plancha over the top rope. The synchronization was completely on point.

It's nice to see Cedric Alexander finally involved in matches that move him beyond his ex-girlfriend. He and Swann may not have picked up the win on this night but they do play well off of each other.
