205 Live's Tony Nese has an incredible physique. He's rightfully named The Premier Athlete because it's obvious that he puts in the time in the gym before he competes in the ring. Apparently, he's even conscious of getting in extra workouts during his matches as well.

While facing off against Jack Gallagher during a singles contest, Nese made sure to work out his obliques while performing a bicycle-style series of kicks against. Tony later won, which means he's a winner and has great abs.
