EC3 has been heeling it up on Impact lately. The man who's currently in his sights is James Storm, a rival which prompted Carter to dress up in cowboy garb and do his own rendition of a Garth Brooks classic.
Storm, likely outraged that someone would dare besmirch "Friends In Low Places," came out to brawl after the promo. Ethan was able to handcuff James to the ring ropes, then proceeded to brutalize him with a belt. His back looked pretty beat up by these couple dozen strikes. Kudos to Storm for taking this kind of punishment.
