The wrestling world is in the midst of a wrestling weekend that's all about the double champion. Jay Lethal defended both of his Ring of Honor singles titles successfully at All Star Extravaganza while Seth Rollins is about to put both of his straps on the line at WWE Night of Champions. For Rollins' sake, hopefully he follows the same pattern as Lethal.

While those double champions are doing there thing now, it's a good time to pause and reflect on the week that was. WWE and ROH were mostly laying the final bits of groundwork for their big shows, but TNA had a pesky invading company to deal with. They did deal with them inside of a dangerous Lethal Lockdown environment. NXT is also in the midst of some fine tag team wrestling tournament action right now. There are a plethora of wrestling brands to consume right now, so we'll look back and highlight the ten most insane spots of the previous week and weekend.

Giving exact parameters on what an insane spot is can be tricky because there's no science to it. It's simply any moment in professional wrestling that shocks and/or elicits a strong emotional response. It's a moment that catches people off guard because it's so brilliant or dangerous or funny or whatever.

An insane spot is a moment that you just know when you see, and there are ten to see this week...

10. Ambrose Dive And Fist Bump

If we learned anything this past week it's that Sheamus and Seth Rollins aren't very cohesive as a tag team unit. In the final moments of this Smackdown main event, Sheamus tried to bow out a little too early. Rollins was able to sneak in an unexpected tag to his partner, who decided to leave anyways.

While clutching his beloved Money in the Bank briefcase, he began making his way away from the action. Dean Ambrose must've still wanted to finish out the match because he took a running dash and took out the Irishman on the outside.

The cool followup to this move is when Dean seamlessly delivered a fist bump to a lucky young kid on the front row. Kudos with the younger demographic Dean, that'll do you well in today's kid-friendly product.
