10 Most Insane WWE Elimination Chamber Moments

6. CM Punk's Attitude Adjustment (Elimination Chamber 2011)

This just looked so painful. A regular staple of John Cena's Elimination Chamber move set has been to throw one of his opponents over the top rope and out on to the steel grate for his finishing move; the Attitude Adjustment. And while it's historically looked a difficult landing, Punk's bump was the most uncomfortable of all to witness. Punk was already sporting some nasty cuts on his hip and legs as a result of his flesh meeting the steel, but after eliminating the high-flying John Morrison - who you'll see later on in this list - Cena took advantage. He hurled him up on his shoulders and Punk struggled against the move, grabbing on to the ropes. But with a level surface to the ring canvas on the outside, Cena went for it. The new-UFC star took a flat bump - landing heavily on the lower part of his back - and quite clearly winced in agony as Cena approached him for the cover. Punk stayed down, and there was no arguing with his reasons why.
