10 Most Larger Than Life Wrestlers In The World Today

8. Becky Lynch

Velveteen Dream
WWE

Had this list been compiled in late 2018 or in the run-up to/aftermath of WrestleMania 35, Becky Lynch may feature higher. Unfortunately, the last few months haven't been kind to her aura. She's still special, just not as special as before, with things like the repetitive Lacey Evans feud and the needless decision to bring her real-life relationship with Seth Rollins onto to television smudging her previously immaculate aura.

That doesn't mean that 'The Man' isn't killing it, though. She stands out in ways that no female performer has done in years, with only the NXT versions of Asuka and heel Sasha Banks, plus Charlotte Flair at her absolute best, in the same conversation. She's a bold, swaggering badass with a sharp tongue and deadly submission game. None of it feels forced, none of it underwhelms, and while Lynch has already been playing this role for a full year, it doesn't feel like she's even remotely close to running out of steam.

That's no small feat in a promotion with such a faulty star-making machine, though Becky's continued success has more to do with her own in-built ability to connect than anything else.
