At 5'3", Chongqing, China's Xia Li is far from the tallest member of our list. However, the 31-year-old certainly packs a punch.

Li is a lifelong Wushu practitioner. For those unfamiliar, wushu is martial arts similar to kung fu. In fact, it's sometimes referred to as Chinese Kung Fu. It's a full-contact martial art that the NXT star has been practicing for some time.

Wushu doesn't get the respect that other disciplines like Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu do, but a high-level practitioner will still make for a very formidable foe.

Li's combat sports background isn't as well documented as some of the other women's on this list. However, based on her workout videos, it's clear that the NXT standout is an experienced martial artist, and her background is legit.

The Wushu specialist's dangerous striking is enough to earn the number nine spot on our list of WWE's toughest women.
