10 Most Outlandish D-Generation X WWE Moments

7. Shawn Michaels Works At A Cafeteria In 2009 Before Rejoining DX

As you know, DX couldn't and didn't last forever. Eventually Chyna got fired, X-Pac was out, The New Age Outlaws split up, and Triple H became one of the faces of the company in the early 2000s as Stone Cold was absent because of a major injury. Even when Shawn Michaels eventually returned, there was no iteration left of the group for him to rejoin. Triple H tried on some different factions for size, such as Evolution. However, by 2006, he decided that he wanted his comrade back. He wanted The Heartbreak Kid. After a run in 2006, the group reformed again in 2009. Cut to a riotous eight-minute segment on Raw in which Trips searches for Michaels, eventually finding him working at an office's cafeteria. What ensued was nothing short of amazing as Triple H tried to wrap his head around why Michaels had tried a new career as a chef. The natural chemistry between the two is great, and the banter never feels stale or boring. Eventually, Michaels listens to reason and attacks his belligerent boss, signifying the last major run of D-Generation X. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LOVlmdoZSM0
