10 Most Over Wrestlers On WWE Monday Night Raw Right Now

8. Drew McIntyre

Things were looking bleakly familiar for babyface Drew McIntyre before he was bought a stay of execution thanks to a boilerplate feud with former 3MB stablemate Jinder Mahal.

At Money In The Bank, the sight of his smile alone was enough to generate boos from the capacity crowd. In the weeks and months leading up to opening all the arena doors, McIntyre had become the exposition-heavy emcee of Monday Night Raw, as all top stars are frustratingly won't to do. He'd also taken to smirking his way through fake history lessons in a crass attempt at appearing slightly above the world he'd only recently been desperate to gain acceptance in.

The old John Cena/Roman Reigns/Charlotte Flair/etc problem was rearing its ugly head again, but WWE chased the simple solution as a quick fix for the 'Scottish Warrior' rather than conducting a ground-up audit of what makes this happen all the f*cking time. He should at least get cheered until the Mahal feud is over, but it's awkward to imagine who he could face on the existing roster that wont end up more popular.
