10 Most Overblown Wrestling Stables Ever

2. D-Generation X (2000)

A fine case of studying a stable that got back together like a rock band that had too many hit singles as solo acts, the reformation of DX in 2000 mightily suffered from just being way too bloated. Triple H was the World Champion and had married Stephanie, meaning that on occasion Vince McMahon, Shane McMahon and the corporate stooges would occasionally appear with the group. As well, X-Pac was a top midcard heel and had acquired Tori as a girlfriend from his ex-partner Kane. The New Age Outlaws were also multiple-time tag champs and were very much over due to things not-so-much dealing with DX. There are 11 people that have been named, five of which are authority figures. This is, of course, the ultimate anti-authority stable. Suck it?
