10 Most Ridiculous WWE Attitude Era Matches

2. Pat Patterson vs Gerald Brisco - Hardcore Evening Gown Match, King Of The Ring 2000

The Hardcore Championship's 24/7 rule is one of the most fondly remembered foibles of the Attitude Era, but threw up its fair share of absolute garbage. The worst of its crimes came at King Of The Ring 2000, which saw Vince's two cronies square off in drag. The match was as poor as it sounded, an utter waste of time which was roundly (and rightly) booed by all in attendance until Crash Holly ran in to win his umpteenth Hardcore title. http://www.dailymotion.com/video/x34s44_pat-patterson-vs-gerald-brisco-kotr_news The worst moment saw Patterson produce a maxi pad from beneath his gown and rub it into Brisco's face, a spot which will likely never again be repeated on WWE programming. Probably for the best.
