Ripped Off: Batista

Jay Batista is an American version of the dozens of "Undertakers" that tour the British independent scene's lowest levels, decking themselves out like carbon copies of WWE's legendary 'Deadman' for attention. These people may never call themselves ripoff artists, but they most definitely are, and this fella here might be one of the worst offenders.

Big Jay is a true Big Dave copycat. Though not as jacked as the Guardians of the Galaxy star, he's still got a lot of size for an indie wrestler, and dresses, styles his facial hair, and buzzes head to look just like WWE's 'Animal.' His nickname 'The Beast'. Close enough. His style? Basic powerhouse. Finisher? A f*cking Batista Bomb, obviously.

Rather than walking out to Saliva, Jay enters to the pro-wrestling butt rock anthem, "I Stand Alone" by Godsmack. Couldn't he at least have had to decency to go with Drowning Pool?

Scant footage of this fellow and his independent wrestling escapades exists and it's safe to say he is comfortably the most obscure cosplayer on our list. It's probably best that things stay that way.
