A lesson here in, if nothing else, not believing everything you read. The "revelations" about Sasha Banks behavior backstage at WrestleMania 35 grabbed every single headline going this summer, but the subsequent fallout has been the bigger story.

Pro Wrestling Sheet's Ryan Satin initially circulated the accusations that she and Bayley had been seen sitting on the locker-room floor crying after losing their Women's Tag Team Championships to The IIconics. Banks, in the fallout to this incident, allegedly asked for her release. However in a special Chronicle Episode that aired in September, Banks addressed this directly.

"Man, you guys don't know the full story," Banks said in the feature. "You don't know the full thing. Just like how the hell do they make this stuff up too? I saw so much stuff like 'crying on the floor of the locker-room.' No, I got undressed, put my clothes on, and walked out to watch the main event. Then there are rumours that I was crying on the hotel floor? Please show me those pictures, please show me the footage."

In the end, Banks's claimed that her five-month absence from the company was just a break she required to get her head together. The actual truth of the matter? Probably somewhere in the middle, but it's nice to have her back regardless.
