This moment doesn't seem so shocking in 2017. It's just Vince taking a Stone Cold Stunner, and selling it all wrong. He flops forwards, tumbling messily over Austin and somehow receiving an electric shock once he lands on the canvas.
However, at the time it was a landmark moment in the Attitude Era, and the incident which really kicked off one of the most important feuds in wrestling history.
