9. DDP Vs. The Undertaker - King Of The Ring 2001
Okay, so this next entry wasn't an official "match" per sé, but it did have all the hallmarks of a bona fide squash. And, my God, was it hard to watch.
For anyone that was a fan of Diamond Dallas Page, seeing the former 'People's Champ' of WCW in the role of a stalker was bad enough, but seeing him reduced to The Undertaker's punching bag was the icing on the turd.
DDP had made his shocking debut days prior in Madison Square Garden, immediately taking aim at the baddest dog in the yard. Anyone expecting the ballsy Page to get even the slightest upper hand on 'Big Evil' would be severely disappointed.
Aside from a handful of strikes, the only offence Page could muster during the entire melee was a low blow and two chair shots - all of which were almost instantly brushed off by the dominant 'Deadman'. The six minute punishment eventually came to an end when DDP fled through the crowd after a stiff boot to the face.
A similarly one-sided beatdown would take place at SummerSlam, with 'Taker and Kane obliterating DDP and Kanyon inside a steel cage. If Page's introduction to the WWF wasn't already callously murdered at that point, the cage bout was the final nail in the coffin.
