Rey Mysterio has been a welcome addition to the SmackDown ranks this year since this return back in January at the Royal Rumble. Although he hasn't really done much of note outside of a few matches against The Miz, Randy Orton and others on TV since, Mysterio popped the house in Philadelphia at the Rumble.

Entering as #27, Rey-Rey was in tremendous physical shape (something that couldn't be said of his prior work in 2014) and looked rather fired up for the occasion. In a neat touch, he got to eliminate NXT man Adam Cole before Finn Bálor ousted Mysterio in turn after a nice 10-minute cameo.

Actually, as aforementioned, scrap the 'cameo' statement. Rey has stuck around throughout 2018, and it's hoped he'll get some dream matches before he hangs up the mask. Almost 18 million people have enjoyed this Rumble reprise.
