5. Luchasaurus

It’s unlikely you’ll find a wrestling fan today who does not love Luchasaurus. The man is a dinosaur for crying out loud. As cartoonish and early '90s-esque his gimmick is, physically he can more than back up the moniker. At 6'9" tall, there are few wrestlers that he doesn’t drown in his shadow. His in ring ability is also right up there, with mobility and athleticism that is incredible for a man of his size.

Interestingly, the Pre-historic One did in fact start his career with WWE. However he was released in 2014 after being put on the shelf due to a long term injury. He then went to Lucha Underground and it was thanks to his experiences there that the character of Luchasaurus was born.

WWE may have let him go once, but with his stature, speed and delightful ability on the mic where he sells his dinosaur character to the fullest, Vince and co. may well want him back.

After battling Galactus and pinning Hulk Hogan in the main event of Wrestlemania, I've taken a break from living in fantasy worlds, to focus on writing about them. I'm a comic book geek, a wrestling mark, a break dancer, and a scientist. One of those things may not be true.
