4. Sabu vs. RVD (The Doctor Is In 1996)
More commonly known as tag-team partners in ECW, Rob Van Dam and Sabu still had their fair share of battles under the promotion's banner. The biggest of these matches took place at the Guilty As Charged Pay-Per-View in January, 2000, where then-TV Champion RVD defeated his on/off buddy, forcing Sabu to leave ECW. An earlier bout at Wrestlepalooza 1998 is also acclaimed, but by far the best match the duo had when the cameras were rolling went down at The Doctor Was In, an event held in August, 1996. http://www.dailymotion.com/video/x611po_ecw-the-doctor-is-in-1996-rob-van-d_sport Before they were unified by Bill Alfonso, Van Dam and Sabu met in a Stretcher Match, one permeated by various stunts, mainly involving chairs and tables. Many fans have remarked that once you've seen one Sabu match, you've seen them all, but there's something about his work opposite RVD - both men just seem to click together.
