9. The Makeover Of...Emmalina?

Emma has had an up-and-down career in WWE. With NXT, she was one of the most underrated parties responsible for sparking a renewed interest in women's wrestling; there she highlighted her versatility in first getting over a character that should not have had any business getting over anywhere before switching to the confident, sexy, elite wrestler that took Asuka to her limits early in the Empress of Tomorrow's tenure. With the main roster, however, she has not yet been able to recreate her NXT success.

Maybe that will change now. Emma might well be the most gorgeous woman in wrestling and the vignette hyping her return suggests that perhaps WWE has finally realised that and has decided to better utilise it. While it remains to be seen what exactly the name change to "Emmalina" will entail, the fact that there will be some build-up for her comeback can only be considered a good thing for now.

A series of vignettes can make a wrestler look like far more of an important asset to the company than does a random return.
