Both Christopher Daniels and Suicide (at this time played by Frankie Kazarian) were extremely lucky to escape without serious injury at TNA's Bound For Glory event in October 2009. The pair were participants in the high-wire spectacle known as 'Ultimate X', but the night very nearly ended in disaster.

Initially trading blows atop the steel structure surrounding the ring, Daniels and Suicide then dropped down onto the cables holding the TNA X Division Title. Sitting across from one another, they continued to throw punches, all the while carefully maintaining their balance on the ropes.

It's unclear just what they had planned, but all of a sudden Suicide held onto Daniels and they began to fall. In a moment that likely had fans reaching to cover their eyes, Daniels appeared to be careening head first towards the ring canvas, before slightly turning and landing badly on the back of his neck.

Suicide also seemed shaken up by the bump, and referees instantly started checking on Daniels to see if he was conscious. The situation could have been worse, but it's still hair-raising to watch.
