7. A SmackDown Female Babyface Turning Heel?

Others in the female ranks are being undermined by poor characterisation.

Becky Lynch, a flame-haired spitfire WWE fans try desperately to like, has been booked as a goofy sidekick to Charlotte Flair over the past year or so. It's not an on screen relationship that benefits either woman, and it's time for a change. Specifically, it's time for one of them to turn heel on the other and take things up a notch.

The women's MITB match on Sunday night seemed to suggest that might be in WWE's plans for the near future. Charlotte and Becky locked eyes atop the ladder, and their own bubbling battle ended up costing them the chance to grab the briefcase. That's an easy story for SmackDown's writers to tell.

It's also one that'd give the blue brand a female feud outside the title picture. That's important. The women's division doesn't ever need to be a one-note situation, especially when there's talent like Lynch and Flair who could do with a bit of attention character-wise.

Flair returning to her ice queen roots or Becky betraying the trust of her fans sounds fun.
