9. The Young Bucks Going Heel

Ooh, that was a sexy 50/50 reaction for The Bucks in Chicago. It was expected, of course. They became CM Punk's mortal enemies, and Chi-town is pretty partisan towards the one-time 'Straight Edge Saviour'. Matt and Nick Jackson played up to the booming mix of cheers and jeers too.

One thing became apparent when they did: The Young Bucks are natural villains. Their union with FTR can't last forever, and it shouldn't last forever. If this writer is being 100% upfront, he's kinda sick of The Jackson bros' style, but they'd work a treat as snot-nosed heels who throw their weight around on screen.

It's worth a shot.

That would hardly be uncharted terrain for the siblings anyway. They've played heel before, and they know how to be world class wind up merchants. Going rogue might be for the best, especially if that leads to even less emphasis on their alliances with the likes of Kenny Omega, Hangman Page and FTR.
