This might be unavoidable.

Michael Cole and Corey Graves tried their best to call the Raw Women's Title the "Women's Title" instead at NOC. They sidestepped branding, but nobody's fooled by that. The championship is red, for f*ck sake! It belongs on the flagship, and should've been taken off Bianca Belair before she jumped to SmackDown in the 2023 Draft.

Incredibly, her successor did exactly the same. So, basically, WWE has a decision to make. It's a deceptively important one, and should send Asuka spinning back to Raw as the veteran defender of her newly-won prize. Of course, that'd likely mean Rhea Ripley (the SmackDown Champ) heading the other way.

This mess was WWE's own making though, and they need to do something to clear things up. The first step should be announcing that Asuka has been traded to Raw. Perhaps send Rhea to SmackDown as a makeweight? There are certainly worse ideas.
