Some wrestlers are just undeniable, and LA Knight is sure one of those.

No amount of apathy from WWE's decision-makers can quell fan interest in the breakout babyface. The good news? Triple H seemed to recognise the futility of fighting against the tide at SummerSlam. That's why Knight won the "first ever" SummerSlam Battle Royal on the night.

It might've been a mere multi-man melee, but LA going over is a good sign for his future prospects. He'd be a far better successor to Austin Theory as United States Champ than soon-to-be-challenger Santos Escobar, put it that way. Hey, maybe WWE should pivot there?

This wouldn't be the first time they've altered plans last minute, and most would agree that Knight vs. Theory is way more interesting than the LWO member's own quest. No offence, Escobar fans out there. He just isn't on the same level as the red hot LA, and that's that.
