The end is nigh for one of WWE's favourite sons.

John Cena doesn't belong to the company full-time anymore, and he never will again. He has successfully transitioned into Hollywood, so it's rather fitting that one of his final big matches took place in "Tinseltown" with the entire grappling world looking on.

Do not be too surprised if "Big Match John" announces his intentions to have one more match then retire from the ring for good rather soon-ish. Perhaps WrestleMania XL will be the final destination for those iconic jean shorts, or maybe Cena would rather bow out at SummerSlam then focus on making movies different to the ones McMahon spoke of back during the 'Attitude Era'.

There was a definite air of winding down about John's performance at 'Mania 39. He put Austin Theory over, but didn't stick around to wave goodbye. That, dear readers, is just over the horizon for the living legend.
