10 New Directions For WWE In 2024

7. Titles Being Scrapped

The much-wanted Women's Tag-Team Titles clearly became a nuisance to WWE's writers within a matter of months. Things started hot with Bayley and Sasha Banks in 2019, but that feels like a lifetime ago now. Today, the female tag straps are one of the least-impressive (and important) prizes going.

Triple H may well scrap them in 2024.

The division has been a mess for years now, and relies on hastily thrown-together squads to even offer anything. It's dire, and few would shed any tears if the belts were thrown into the same bin Scott Hall used for WCW's TV Title back in the day. Let's hope Jim Duggan doesn't find these ones, eh?

Change could be coming higher up the food chain too. Roman Reigns is the Undisputed WWE Universal Champion, but was gifted a new golden belt rather than carrying about two separate ones. Will WWE sneakily ditch the Universal strap and go back to having a WWE Title and World Heavyweight Championship?

Don't rule it out.
