10 New Show Ideas That WWE Network Needs

7. Hot Tag!

For current subscribers of the WWE Network, it's likely that WWE Rivalries has appeared on the list of shows available to watch. While this is a great show concept that could benefit greatly from new episodes, think of Hot Tag! as the inverse of Rivalries.

Hot Tag! would take an inside look at some of the more famous friendships that have been established throughout the history of professional wrestling.

Instead of focusing on the heated feud between Ric Flair and Ricky Steamboat, the bond between Arn Anderson and Ric Flair would be the topic. Rather than looking at Hulk Hogan and Roddy Piper's classic rivalry, the often criticised friendship between Brutus Beefcake and Hulk Hogan would get the spotlight. You get the idea.

Fans of WWE often take interest in the real-life, backstage relationships that develop over time, and Hot Tag! is a great way to monetise that interest. The company has already done this with the recent releases surrounding The Kliq, but they could expand their offerings by detailing the stories of some lesser-known friendships.

In a world that's known for confrontation, a little camaraderie sprinkled in might be received quite well.
