10 Nightmares That Could Come True In Vince McMahon's New WWE

The 'Boy Wonder's' dream has come true in UFC under WWE boss Vince McMahon!

By all accounts, Vince McMahon's apparent need for last-minute script rewrites and micromanagement wreaked havoc backstage at Raw on Monday night. The returning WWE gaffer reportedly relegated Triple H to "busy work", and set about the task of tearing a much-anticipated post-WrestleMania flagship to pieces in front of everyone.

Then, the show came and went with little more than a Matt Riddle comeback and a Brock Lesnar heel turn. It was panned heavily by most who watched it - those who didn't likely have fun thumbing through enraged tweets from disappointed/angry fans on Twitter.

Is there more of that to come? Probably.

You know the drill when you see the word "nightmares" by now. There just isn't much room for positivity. This is about the absolute worst sh*t that could happen now Vinnie Mac has swaggered back to reclaim the steering wheel and drive straight off some creative cliff.

WWE has merged with UFC under the Endeavor Group banner, 'Mania 39 is in the rearview mirror, and McMahon-mania is about to take hold. Start shaking in your boots, because some (or all) of this could happen next.

10. Devastated Backstage Morale

Vince McMahon's comments during a recent CNBC interview, during which the boss claimed he wouldn't be "in the weeds" of WWE creative, proved to be a total fib. Indeed, Vince seized control backstage at Raw hours after the piece aired, and changed as much as he could on the format sheets.

Backstage morale reportedly took a hit.

It's always tough to gauge the hysteria of these things; WWE's roster could calm down, and many likely already have, but it'd be surprising if everyone was thrilled that McMahon is calling the shots again instead of one Triple H. 'The Game' was a popular figure amongst wrestlers, after all.

There's a flip side to this though. What if things get worse? What if Vince goes on a rampage behind the scenes and devastates improving relations with the roster. Basically, what if McMahon managed to undo all of the great work Hunter and his team had done since July 2022?
