4. Ember Moon Defeats Asuka
The ultimate showdown between all conquering NXT women's champion Asuka and the super dominant Ember Moon is inevitable in 2017. Most likely, NXT are saving the big match between two of the most talented female wrestlers on the planet for the TakeOver special during WrestleMania weekend.
Who wins that clash will perhaps depend on whether or not WWE have plans to bring Asuka to the main roster in the weeks following Mania. Personally, I think she'll probably be sticking around for a little while longer, as losing someone of her star power would be hugely damaging for NXT as a touring brand.
Even so, the best option may well be for Ember Moon to beat Asuka when they wrestle to set up as months long feud between the two which could carry the NXT brand into the summer months. Whether it is during Mania weekend or not though, it seems like it's Ember Moon's destiny to take the title from 'The Empress of Tomorrow' and what a moment it will be when she finally does.
