10 NXT Wrestlers Who Need A Spot In WWE Money In The Bank
5. Baron Corbin
While fan reactions are mixed when the lights go out and Baron Corbin descends down the aisle with only circular lights to guide him, you have to admit that, love him or hate him, he's an imposing presence. His former experience playing as an offensive lineman for the NFL's Arizona Cardinals and Indianapolis Colts proves that he has strength and power in spades, and his Golden Gloves award shows that he's no one to mess with. Still, Corbin has been a little directionless since debuting in NXT in 2014. Somewhat reminiscent of Corey Graves and Randy Orton in appearance and demeanor, Corbin was saddled with 30-second bouts with jobbers in a competition against Bull Dempsey that did little to elevate either man's career. However, after feuding with Rhyno and defeating Tommy Dreamer at an NXT house show, Corbin finally has a purpose. Much like Orton before him, Corbin has become a sort of legend killer. With the likes of Orton and Sheamus currently signed up for the Money in the Bank battle, perhaps Corbin could continue his streak and put away a huge name and take the chance at the gold home with him.
