10 Original Shows You Should Watch On The WWE Network
4. WWE Countdown
Before The WWE List ever existed, there was WWE Countdown, a show that ranks just about anything and everything important in sports entertainment. If you ever wanted to know who the weirdest tag teams are, what the most entertaining match stipulations are, who wears the most ornate entrance gear, who rocked it best as a general manager, or who uttered the most memorable catchphrase in WWE history, this is the way to find out.
Soon after WWE Network arrived to the United States in February 2014, Countdown debuted, with its inaugural episode discovering whether "if you smell what the Rock is cooking?" is more poignant than "oh hell yeah." WWE Superstars and Divas appear on green screen to talk about themselves and each other. Sometimes the odd celebrity or two will be on, and in more recent episodes, NXT stars have also sounded off.
Each episode of Countdown is about 60 minutes, but they go by so quickly that you'll barely notice the time. You may learn a thing or two while watching. The "seasons" for Countdown are a touch sporadic, and there haven't been any new episodes since March.
Definitely keep checking the Network for updates and watch some old episodes in the meantime.
