10 Outcomes If HUGE Wrestling Complaints Were Answered

6. WWE Keeps Burying The Fiend

The complaint:

WWE keeps burying the Fiend with bullsh*t short title reigns. He's meant to be an indestructible monster! Bray Wyatt is a creative genius, but he'll never get into the Hall of Fame at this rate!

The outcome if it were answered:

Is he?

At WrestleMania 36, in a wonderful, audacious and profoundly overdue reckoning, framed in the kaleidoscopic aesthetic of WWE's history to such great effect that it somehow conspired to make WrestleMania 36 feel like a WrestleMania, Bray Wyatt exposed the ugliness within John Cena. He reduced him to a bully literally punching down on his emerging midcard victims as symbolised by Huskus the Pig Boy. Even using vaguely academic language to describe it feels preposterous now, since, with the introduction of Wobbly Walrus, Bray Wyatt has lived long enough to see himself become a villain just as he turned babyface.

Wyatt has since undermined his most powerful creative statement because, and you can never be too sure, since the process he works within is so broken, he's a fraud. He never had a clue who Sister Abigail was, and "he's actually a barber" isn't well thought-out long-term storytelling.

Wyatt, if he is getting buried, all too often finds himself in a plot hole of his own making.
