10 Pay-Per-View Concepts WWE Needs To Bring Back

2. Halloween Havoc

The much-loved WCW creation Halloween Havoc is a wonderfully tacky concept, replete with bouncing pumpkins, cheap graveyard sets and, in one glorious instance, Eric Bischoff dressed as an effeminate vampire.

It’s the sort of thing that WWE’s excellent production team could flourish with. Picture the mise en scène for a moment, imagine how the WWE ring would look with black ropes and a black canvas, with smoke billowing out of the entrance way as spooky imagery adorns the impressive HD screens. Imagine the Undertaker’s finest WrestleMania entrances, only for a full show! It could be wonderful.

If WWE were really feeling nostalgic, they could even bring back the absurd Chamber of Horrors match from Halloween Havoc ‘91. A concept which called for two teams to battle until one man had been strapped into an electric chair and a lever had been pulled to electrocute them. On second thoughts…
