10 PG-Era WWE Stars You Won’t Recognise Now

4. Adam Rose

Speak of the devil.

That is quite the transformation between spindly WWE star and muscled-up independent badass. Adam Rose now looks like he'd beat up Adam Rose then for his lunch money, then kick the sh*t out of his big brother when he tried to ride to the rescue.

He's almost literally twice the man he was during his WWE run. That might not be a huge shock, however, because Rose admitted during post-company interviews that he wasn't the happiest or most self-assured throughout his WWE run. The big man certainly looks self-assured on the right of that side-by-side.

Rose cut his hair, grew a beard and packed on the size. He needed to get away from WWE's relentless schedule to focus on himself and his sagging personal life. It's a change that did him the world of good.
