Heading into the Royal Rumble, Brock Lesnar's original WrestleMania opponent was scheduled to be Bray Wyatt. Obviously, things took a turn shortly before WWE Fastlane when Dean Ambrose was inserted into the program with Lesnar, leaving Bray without a WrestleMania match.

It then appeared that fans would be treated to the would-be-WrestleMania match between Lesnar and Wyatt at WWE Roadblock (read: the 2016 version of the March To WrestleMania for you longtime fans), but a Wyatt injury prevented that one from happening as well.

While there's been a few start-and-stops with this program, it's clear that WWE wants to present Bray Wyatt vs. Brock Lesnar at some point in the near future. It has potential to be a great feud, if done right.

Imagine if Bray were to somehow slay The Beast? Talk about the New Face Of Fear...
