10 Potential Outcomes For WWE WrestleMania 32

4. Sami Zayn Wins The Intercontinental Championship

In what is being positioned as the fifth-most promoted match on the card, Kevin Owens will defend the Intercontinental Championship in a ladder match against 6 other opponents at WrestleMania. While additional participants were added to this match over the past several weeks, Owens and Zayn are clearly the focus. Although the company is high on Owens and Miz, it's Sami Zayn who could walk out of AT&T Stadium with the victory and the Intercontinental Championship. He's got the most to gain from doing so and WWE would be maximising their opportunity in this match. Sami has been a premier performer of WWE's NXT brand for several years now, including a run as the NXT Champion that came to an abrupt end thanks to Kevin Owens. Sami has yet to get his revenge. In addition, Zayn's debut on the main roster has been met with little reaction, in large part because of the lack of a proper introduction by WWE to it's audiences. A big time title win on the WrestleMania stage will go a long way towards fixing that. A Zayn title win would certainly be perceived as a "WrestleMania Moment", given the environment and circumstances that have lead to Sami Zayn (and Kevin Owens) finally making it onto a WrestleMania card.
