10 Precise Moments Wrestlers Wanted To Jump Ship

Status In WWE:

Much like far too many modern WWE acts, if you'd only read their Wikipedia page, you'd think the Revival were genuine main roster stars. They had after all captured both the RAW and SmackDown Tag Team Titles. In reality, those achievements rang hollow; beyond some cracking hidden gems, particularly a super-dramatic effort against Chad Gable and Bobby Roode on the February 11, 2019 RAW, their distinct, southern-style excellence was slowly pummelled out of them in generic, heavily-agented matches. Everybody gets a title in WWE now. It doesn't make them a champion.

Why And When They Wanted To Leave:

Incredibly, FTR handed in their notice while still wearing their gear - after winning a match on what was then the most-watched wrestling show on the planet. They defeated Lucha House Party in a four minute nothing match so soul-destroying that Wilder and Dawson couldn't even stomach leaving the arena without it being the last time they'd have to enter one.

WWE turned down their request, and promised to take tag team more seriously in a bid to lift their morale/not allow them to sign for AEW.

Translation: they gave them the RAW Tag Titles for 55 days and continued not to book a division that was in any way important.
