10 Predictions For The Future Of Sting In WWE

9. Retirement

Let€™s be honest, Sting€™s had a hell of a career. He€™s a former NWA World Champion, WCW World Champion, TNA World Champion, United States Champion and has dozens more accolades besides. No-one would fault Sting coming into WWE already retired, and ready to become an ambassador for wrestling with his WWE Legends contract. With his appearance in WWE 2K15, the new The Best of Sting DVD, and the depth of WWE Network€™s back-catalogue, there€™s a whole new generation of fans ready to experience Sting v Cactus Jack at Beach Blast, or Sting€™s Squadron take on The Dangerous Alliance in a War Games match. Sting€™s given more to wrestling that most men could ever dream, so perhaps it€™s time to step back and take a bow? Also, the expecations on Sting by now may be too much to live up to. His last days in the ring in TNA weren€™t overly spectacular so rather than risk another Bret Hart v Vince McMahon situation, it might be best for Sting to retire with his head held high. In an industry when so many wrestlers have kept at it well past when they should have called it a day, Sting could set an example by bowing out while everyone still had fond memories of him.
