6. Intercontinental Champion
With Brock Lesnar as the WWE World Heavyweight Champion, the Intercontinental Championship hasn't been this relevant in decades. Lesnar is only on a select number of PPVs, and even fewer Raws. Not only that, but there are fewer people that can realistically challenge Lesnar for the title, so by default the IC belt has suddenly become a lot more important. For a long time, the Intercontinental Champion was considered the "workhorse" championship. It's associated with Shawn Michaels, Bret Hart, Randy Savage and Mr. Perfect. If WWE really let Luke Harper go in the ring, and prove how good he is, he could bring that prestige back to the title. Luke Harper has all the makings of a classic Intercontinental Champion, but to really make things exciting for fans, they should look to the greatest Intercontinental Champion of all time, The Honky Tonk Man. WWE proved they aren't shy to make a statement by breaking a record when Roman Reigns broke Kane's elimination record at the Royal Rumble, so why not let Harper carry the IC strap past Honky's 64 week reign? It'd put Harper over as someone they have faith in, and put over whoever is lucky enough to eventually take it from him.
