10 Questions With ROH’s Brutal Bob Evans

2. Ring Of Honor's Influence On The Industry

NXT is currently the talk of the wrestling community and ROH deserves a lot of credit for that since so many wrestlers like Kevin Owens made their name there. What separates ROH from every other locker room? BBE: ROH runs a regular schedule and looks for the best wrestlers in the country. We have a lot of top athletes wrestling each other and we get a lot of publicity as a result. We€™ve had television in some shape or capacity for the last six years now and there are eyes on that television. We were told a long time ago that every national and world-wide wrestling company watches Ring of Honor television, so our reputation precedes us. Plus, our shows are easy to follow. You don€™t have to be sat down for 25 minutes and be told the context of every single match you want to see. You understand right away that Jay Briscoe and Jay Lethal don't like each other. You understand that Bob Evans and Cheeseburger don't like each other. It's a simply formula and it works.
