10 Questions WWE Doesn't Want You To Ask After Raw (Nov 9)

9. Why Wouldn't Roman Reigns Just Say Yes?

Triple H attempting to get Roman Reigns to join The Authority was a smart way to kick off Raw, and by the time The Game was finished delivering arguably one his best promos of 2015, even I was pretty much willing to sell out everyone I know to join his cause. The argument he laid out was thoroughly convincing and made perfect sense, so Roman refusing...well, it just came across as downright stupid. Reigns is someone who was happy to be used as a weapon of The Authority for a long time, and while he may not like the thought of selling out as Seth Rollins did, it's not like he was being asked to do anything particularly nefarious; just to throw his lot in with one of the all-time greats and the guy who pretty much runs the company these days! Roman came across as a typical dumb babyface during this segment, and the WWE may have made a mistake by having Triple H deliver such a convincing argument, especially as it's hard to figure out why the Samoan Superstar wouldn't jump at the opportunity being presented to him. After all, he won the Royal Rumble only to be screwed out of the WWE World Heavyweight Championship at WrestleMania, and was later cheated at Money in the Bank. Now, after earning a #1 Contender's spot, he's back at the bottom of the heap, so refusing to join The Authority is one of the most illogical moves he's ever made. Is it going to pay off further down the line? Could someone else have accepted Triple H's offer? That's the kind of thing the WWE likely hopes fans aren't think too much about, especially as it could just spoil Survivor Series' big twist...
