10 Quick Fixes That Would've Improved WWE Draft 2016

4. Making Women's & Tag Divisions Brand-Exclusive

It was a huge mistake to split the Women's and Tag Team divisions over the two brands considering the small pool of talent to draw from.

Of the 59 draft picks, Raw got 7 women and 6 tag teams, while Smackdown ended up with 6 women and 5 teams, neither of which seems like a particularly decent line-up around which to build decent feuds.

Plus, there are still questions to be answered about whether or not champions can "float" between brands, as otherwise a major portion of women and tag teams are going to essentially be p***ing in the wind.

While it would've reduced the number of wrestlers who could've been drafted, it probably would've made more sense to assign one of these titles to each of the brands. Instead, we're likely going to see the same regurgitation of match configurations get old very fast.
