10 Reasons Dallas' Post WrestleMania Raw Was A Disappointment

9. Apollo Crews' Debut Was Underwhelming

Apollo Crews is an exciting wrestler, but was he really the guy to make the post-Mania Raw feel like a big deal?

No.

Fans had dreamed of seeing Finn Balor on April 4, not an NXT mid-carder. Yes, the guy has a great look and can work, but he isn't exactly the most charismatic personality. He doesn't have the aura of a Balor or Samoa Joe.

And the underwhelming feeling was made worse by his debut match, which was basically a brief squash of Tyler Breeze. At one minute and fifty four seconds, over a meaningless jobber, it wasn't really worth much at all.

There wasn't even a surprise factor when Crews' music hit, with WWE informing fans before the commercial that he'd be up next. It wasn't a hot start.
