10 Reasons Why Fans Love Dolph Ziggler So Much

7. He Speaks His Mind

There has been some speculation that the reason Dolph Ziggler has been buried by WWE is because he is too honest in interviews, and although he is most likely just trying to keep kayfabe and maintain his on-screen persona, he has all too often ruffled a few feathers by saying what he really thinks about certain WWE Superstars. The most famous instance where Ziggler found himself in hot water because of what he said in an interview was in September 2013 in an interview with MLive.com, where he publicly questioned why Randy Orton was consistently pushed instead of him, and even went so far as to claim that Randy Orton wasn't matching or even topping what he does in the ring. Ziggler also publicly questioned Orton's ability in August 2013, when Ziggler said he wanted to show Triple H that he had been backing the wrong guy for over 10 years. While these comments may have shocked some people, you can't help but agree with him. Randy Orton has been constantly criticised for being monotone on the mic and boring in the ring, whereas Ziggler is the opposite of both; he exudes passion in his promos and always delivers between the ropes, yet he is always overlooked in favour of part-timers and less talented superstars, frustration that is apparent in his recent tweet seen in the image above, where Ziggler chants were edited out in a segment with returning superstar, Dave Bautista.
